Terms of Service for Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc.

1. Agreement to These Terms These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://fsfmin.org (the “Website”) and any related content, features, services, donations, newsletters, podcasts, events, or other offerings provided by Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc. (collectively, the “Services”).

Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization dedicated to reaching authentic men—especially those who have been overlooked, ignored, or sidelined in faith communities—and bringing them into a transformative relationship with Jesus Christ.

By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts (If Applicable) Certain features (such as donation tracking, newsletter subscriptions, or event registrations) may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 5. Intellectual Property All content on the Website and Services—including text, graphics, logos, audio (e.g., podcasts), videos, and other materials—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with engaging with our ministry. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us (e.g., testimonials, prayer requests, comments, or event photos), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content in connection with our ministry purposes (including promotion), while respecting reasonable privacy expectations.

6. Donations and Financial Transactions All donations made through the Services are voluntary, irrevocable (except where required by law), and made to support our religious and charitable mission. We use secure third-party payment processors; their terms and privacy practices also apply to your transaction.

Donations to Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc. may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (EIN: 99-3928554). We will provide acknowledgment letters for tax purposes where appropriate. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. We do not provide goods or services in exchange for donations beyond intangible religious benefits.

7. Disclaimers The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

Content on the Services is for informational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, counseling, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100).

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence or willful misconduct in certain jurisdictions).

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Full Strength Faith Ministries Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or any content you submit.

10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will continue.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Alabama. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
